Head butcher — Ukanafun

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head butcher in Ukanafun, Akwa Ibom State. You will be based in a meat processing plant. Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate The role involves: • Season and marinate meat on request • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Break down beef, mutton and chicken carcasses into primal cuts • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
