Prep cook — Tarauni

We are recruiting: we are hiring a prep cook in Tarauni, Kano State. You will be based at a roadside dhaba. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking You will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
