Powder coating technician — McIntosh County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coating technician in McIntosh County, North Dakota. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects The role involves: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits.
