Refrigeration service engineer — Vanderburgh County

Now hiring: we are hiring a refrigeration service engineer in Vanderburgh County, Indiana. You will replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; braze copper pipework and joints with an oxy-acetylene torch; trace electrical circuits with a multimeter; measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter. What we are looking for: • ITI or diploma in refrigeration / RAC trade • Own a set of hand tools and a gauge manifold • Comfortable handling refrigerant gases and gauge manifolds Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
