HSE supervisor • Custer County, Nebraska

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a HSE supervisor in Custer County, Nebraska. Day-to-day duties: • Stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Investigate near-misses and incidents and file root-cause reports • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
