Requirements: • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Good eye for colour matching and blending The role involves: • Prime and seal bare metal to stop rust • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Wipe down panels with degreaser and a tack cloth before spraying 6+ years on the tools preferred.
