We are recruiting: we are hiring a tig welder in Ikeduru, Imo State. The role involves grind and sharpen tungsten electrodes to the correct taper; select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; set up the argon shielding gas and check the flow rate at the regulator; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; set the amperage on the machine and modulate the current with the foot pedal; control heat input so thin sheet does not warp. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Proven experience with TIG/GTAW on stainless and aluminium Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer ₦125,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
