CNC machine operator • Dinwiddie County, Virginia

Vacancy available: we are hiring a CNC machine operator in Dinwiddie County, Virginia. You will be based at a busy manufacturing plant. Day-to-day duties: • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges • Run the first-off piece and check it against the drawing • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper What we are looking for: • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Knowledge of lockout-tagout and machine safety • Good attention to detail and steady hands Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $230 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
