Powder coating technician wanted in Walla Walla County

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Walla Walla County, Washington. You will be based at a powder coating unit. Day-to-day duties: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness Ideal candidate: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes 6+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $3,500 per month, based on your experience. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
