Backhoe loader operator • Screven County, Georgia

Great opportunity: we are hiring a backhoe loader operator in Screven County, Georgia. You will load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects; work in coordination with the banksman and ground crew on signals; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment. You should have: • Awareness of site safety, PPE and lifting procedures • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
