CNC milling operator — Fairfield County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Fairfield County, Ohio. You will be based in a toolroom. On the job you will handle: • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter • Hold close tolerances down to ±0.02 mm • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters What we are looking for: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron 1+ years on the tools preferred. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
