Immediate opening: we are hiring a scullery hand in Cass County, Missouri. Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Punctual, reliable and hard-working The role involves: • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures Full-time with occasional weekends.
