Brick mason — Wheeler County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a brick mason in Wheeler County, Georgia. You will work on a new-build development. On the job you will handle: • Forming arches, piers and reveals around openings • Pointing and repointing weathered mortar joints • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses • Installing damp-proof courses, lintels and cavity trays What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
