Immediate opening: we are hiring an electrical maintenance fitter in Jefferson County, Illinois. Your main tasks: • Install and connect MCBs, RCBOs and isolators in the DB • Check earth continuity and earth pit resistance • Size and route cabling to suit the load current and voltage drop • Run conduit, lay PVC trunking and clip cable • Carry out preventive maintenance on switchgear and busbars Requirements: • Able to read single-line and wiring diagrams • Normal colour vision for cable identification • Willing to do shift work and breakdown call-outs Rotating shifts.
