Urgent requirement: we are hiring a backhoe operator in Ida County, Iowa. You will work on a busy civils and groundworks site. You should have: • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances On the job you will handle: • Dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels • Backfill trenches and compact the fill in layers • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
