Crawler crane operator — Chickasaw County

Join our team: we are hiring a crawler crane operator in Chickasaw County, Mississippi. You will work at a shipbuilding yard. On a typical shift you will follow hand signals and radio calls from the banksman or slinger; park up the crane, stow the jib and isolate at end of shift; hoist, slew and lower loads smoothly and under control; climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins. You should have: • Able to read load charts and lifting plans • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes Six days a week, one day off.
