Building site helper — Dodge County

Join our team: we are hiring a building site helper in Dodge County, Wisconsin. You will be based on a building construction site. What we are looking for: • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio • Basic knowledge of hand tools like shovel, trowel and breaker Day-to-day duties: • Carry bricks, cement bags and sand up to the masons on site • Cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days • Mix concrete and mortar to the correct ratio, by hand or in a pan mixer • Dig foundation trenches and pits with pick and shovel • Break out old walls and concrete with a jackhammer breaker • Load and unload trucks of cement, steel bar and aggregate At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
