Waterproofing applicator — Ibarapa Central

Great opportunity: we are hiring a waterproofing applicator in Ibarapa Central, Oyo State. You will work in lofts and crawl spaces. On a typical shift you will carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; lag hot and cold water pipes with rockwool sections and aluminium cladding; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling. Requirements: • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
