You should have: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards Day-to-day duties: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard 6+ years on the tools preferred.
