Bread and bun maker wanted in Blackpool

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Blackpool, England. You will be based at a café with an on-site bakery. The role involves check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
