Ladle pourer — Summit County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Summit County, Colorado. You will be based in the fettling and dressing shop. You will skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring; prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes; carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings. What we are looking for: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided.
