Insulation worker wanted in Rutherford County

Vacancy available: we are hiring an insulation worker in Rutherford County, Tennessee. You will work on flat roofs and terraces. The role involves torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors; fit mineral wool and glass wool batts between studs, joists and rafters; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks. What we are looking for: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Willing to travel between sites • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls Full-time, day shift.
