You will solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line. You should have: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Punctual with reliable attendance • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
