Line cook — Etsako East

Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line The role involves monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; prepare the mise en place before each service.
