System formwork carpenter • Lassen County, California

Join our team: we are hiring a system formwork carpenter in Lassen County, California. You will be based on a busy high-rise construction site. The role involves: • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • Strike and strip the formwork once the concrete has cured • Erect wall and column formwork to line, level and plumb • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long shifts • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Meals and transport allowance provided. Walk-in interviews this week.
