Join our team: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Alcona County, Michigan. You will be based at an automotive components factory. On the job you will handle: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Willing to work shifts and overtime At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
