Great opportunity: we are hiring an industrial painter in Cass County, Illinois. You will be based in a factory paint shop. Your main tasks: • Hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams • Cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames • Strip old paint and wallpaper with scrapers and heat guns • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Spray emulsion and enamel using HVLP and airless spray guns Requirements: • Reliable, punctual and tidy on site • 2+ years experience as a painter and decorator • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
