Pot washer wanted in Sierra County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a pot washer in Sierra County, New Mexico. You will work at a cloud kitchen. The role involves hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift.
