We are recruiting: we are hiring a bread baker in Victoria County, Texas. The job is in a bread factory. The role involves prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens $30 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
