Marble mason — Saratoga County

Join our team: we are hiring a marble mason in Saratoga County, New York. The job is in a stone processing yard. Day-to-day duties: • Fill cracks, chips and open veins with colour-matched epoxy resin • Measure up and template countertops and floor areas before cutting • Cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site • Fix marble cladding to building facades with anchors and clamps • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels • Lay marble tiles and slabs on floors, stairs and walls with adhesive mortar Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience working with marble, granite and natural stone • Willing to work at heights for facade cladding • Reliable timekeeping and able to work in a team Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
