Head baker • Obubra, Cross River State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a head baker in Obubra, Cross River State. You will be based at a cake shop. On a typical shift you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
