Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate The role involves dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date; weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
