Milling machine operator • Covington County, Mississippi

Vacancy available: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Covington County, Mississippi. The job is in a toolroom. Day to day you will machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence; select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors; mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery. Ideal candidate: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends.
