Die-casting operator — Maury County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a die-casting operator in Maury County, Tennessee. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift heavy moulding boxes and castings • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts Day-to-day duties: • Skim slag and dross off the melt before tapping and pouring • Inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring Part-time with flexible hours.
