Ideal candidate: • Able to read grade stakes, drawings and site levels • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems On a typical shift you will work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank; grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; cut and fill ground to the levels marked on the grade stakes.
