Great opportunity: we are hiring a dishwasher in Shetland Islands, Scotland. The job is at a busy restaurant kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff On a typical shift you will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
