Lift technician — Monroe County

Now hiring: we are hiring a lift technician in Monroe County, Mississippi. Day-to-day duties: • Respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers • Mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators • Top up the oil and bleed the cylinder on hydraulic lifts • Wire up the controller, encoder and limit switches • Adjust door operator timing and re-levelling accuracy • Install guide rails, brackets and counterweight frames in the hoistway Requirements: • Ability to read electrical and wiring schematics • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces Overtime paid at a premium rate.
