Hoist operator wanted in Ravalli County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a hoist operator in Ravalli County, Montana. You will be based in a warehouse fitted with overhead cranes. What we are looking for: • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) • Proven experience on mobile, tower or overhead cranes • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination Day-to-day duties: • Grease the slew ring and inspect the wire rope for broken strands • Keep a safe distance from overhead power lines • Help set out the lift plan and barrier off the exclusion zone • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
