Urgent requirement: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Takai, Kano State. The job is in a hotel kitchen. On a typical shift you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations.
