Gas appliance installer — Bath County

Now hiring: we are hiring a gas appliance installer in Bath County, Kentucky. The job is at a heating and plumbing contractor. The role involves: • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Run polyethylene (PE) service pipe and electrofusion-weld the joints • Thread, ream and join black iron pipe with pipe wrenches and thread sealant • Read isometric drawings and mark out the pipe routes Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience on domestic and commercial gas installations • Physically fit for lifting pipe, meters and cylinders $22 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
