CNC programmer-operator wanted in Sefton

Vacancy available: we are hiring a CNC programmer-operator in Sefton, England. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Your main tasks: • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance Ideal candidate: • Proficient with micrometers, vernier callipers and dial gauges • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience £2,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
