Commis chef — Kusilvak Census Area

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commis chef in Kusilvak Census Area, Alaska. The job is at a roadside dhaba. Day to day you will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat. Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards 1+ years on the tools preferred.
