Great opportunity: cnc setter-operator (Taraba State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc setter-operator in Gassol, Taraba State. Ideal candidate: • Working knowledge of G-code and M-code • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg The role involves: • Deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Run facing, turning, boring, grooving and threading cycles • Write and edit G-code programs at the control 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
