Kitchenhand — Taylor County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Taylor County, West Virginia. On a typical shift you will scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. Ideal candidate: • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
