Machine operator (earthworks) — Middlesex County

Now hiring: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Middlesex County, New Jersey. Day to day you will excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; work to laser, GPS or 2D/3D machine-control guidance; strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse; carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels. What we are looking for: • Confident working to fine grade and tight tolerances • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
