Baker — Lincoln County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in Lincoln County, Oklahoma. The job is in a bread factory. On a typical shift you will roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; score the top of loaves before baking. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
