Dogger — Morton County

Join our team: we are hiring a dogger in Morton County, Kansas. You will inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; calculate load weight and centre of gravity before every lift. Requirements: • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites Performance bonus on top of base pay.
