Head baker wanted in Ada County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a head baker in Ada County, Idaho. The job is in a hotel pastry kitchen. Day to day you will proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. You should have: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $5,400 per month plus benefits.
