Auto painter — Barren County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an auto painter in Barren County, Kentucky. You will be based at a dealership paint shop. On a typical shift you will compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss; mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio; check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun; bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint; apply etch primer to aluminium and galvanised panels. You should have: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
