Bread baker wanted in Hartley County

Join our team: we are hiring a bread baker in Hartley County, Texas. On the job you will handle: • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls What we are looking for: • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Basic cake decorating and piping skills Rotating shifts.
